The problem

Clubs train teams.
Nobody trains your player.

A club session has 18 players and one mandate: get the team ready for Saturday. It doesn't have the ratio — or the job — to fix one player's first touch, or the decision he made before the ball ever arrived. Every parent on the sideline sees it. Almost no one is set up to solve it.

What makes us different

Perceive → Decide → Execute.

The Spanish sequence starts before the ball. Technique is the last step, not the first.

1

Perceive

The player scans before the ball arrives. Where is the pressure, where is the space, where is the teammate who'll be open in two seconds.

2

Decide

With the picture already built, the choice is made before receiving — not after the first touch, when it's usually too late.

3

Execute

Only now the technique: the touch, the pass, the turn. Clean execution of a decision that was already right.

Most American youth sessions run it backwards — start with the ball, add movement, and never get to the reading. We start where the game actually starts.

Our method

The three pillars of performance

We isolate what a team session never has time to polish: every touch, every decision, every yard of physical advantage.

1

Individual technique

Passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing. The actions that define a player, isolated and trained one by one.

2

Individual tactics

Applying that technique in real game context: scanning, positioning, and the decision before the ball arrives — in attack and in defense.

3

Futbol-specific conditioning

Faster, stronger, more explosive. Acceleration, change of direction and power — all applied to the game, not the gym.

How it works

Assessment first. Then a plan. Then we train.

Every player starts the same way. No guessing, no generic sessions.

1

Assessment

A full evaluation session ($95). Within 3 business days you receive a written report with our recommendation on format.

2

Written development plan

Specific objectives for your player, on paper. This is the roadmap everything else follows.

3

Training

Private, semi-private or small group. Never more than 6 players per coach.

4

90-day reassessment

We measure progress against the plan and adjust it. Nothing stays on autopilot.

5

Season-end report

A written summary of where your player started, where he is now, and what comes next.

Programs & pricing

Start with the assessment. Choose the format after.

The assessment is the door into the program. The monthly formats below are what we'll recommend once we've seen your player.

Required first step

Initial Assessment

$95 one-time

Mandatory before entering the program. A full evaluation session plus a written report within 3 business days with our recommendation on the right format for your player.

Monthly programs · each includes one session per week, in the slot your player has reserved

Private training

$340/mo

One player, one coach. Maximum individual attention.

Semi-private

$220/mo per player

Two players, one coach. Individual work with a training partner.

Small group

$120/mo per player

Up to 6 players per coach. Groups open with a minimum of 4.

Why we cap every group at 6. It's not a limit — it's the promise that your player gets coached, not managed. Above 6, individual correction disappears. We don't make exceptions.

Video analysis

See the game the way we see it.

Most programs stop at the field. We review your player's actual matches against his development plan, so training targets exactly what the game is exposing. Rarely offered in youth futbol here — and it's where the fastest progress comes from.

Start here

Initial analysis

$250 one-time

Full-match analysis plus a written development plan built from what we see.

Monthly analysis

$175 /mo

One complete analysis every month, with the plan adjusted as the player evolves.

Why Spain

The method comes from the country that just won the World Cup.

Spanish futbol is not a style. It's a coaching system — regulated, credentialed, and copied worldwide.

~1,500 American coaches from 400 U.S. clubs have already traveled to Spain to complete LaLiga methodology training. The clubs here already cross the ocean to learn this. We brought it to Pearland.
  • 2026 World Cup champions. Spain beat Argentina 1–0 in extra time at MetLife Stadium on July 19, 2026 — conceding one goal in eight matches, the fewest ever by a world champion.
  • Four European Championships — a record. 1964, 2008, 2012 and 2024.
  • Coaching licenses regulated by the state. Spanish coaching qualifications are official state credentials (Royal Decree 320/2000): 1,020 hours for the intermediate license, 875 hours plus a project for the top one.
  • ~15,400 UEFA A–licensed coaches in Spain versus ~1,395 in England (2017–18 data).
  • The world's best training clubs. CIES Football Observatory, January 2026: Barcelona is the #1 training club in the world, Real Madrid #2, with eight Spanish clubs in the global top 20.
